The heart behind Tangible Time Images

Hi, I’m Niko — the photographer behind Tangible Time Images.
I’ve been behind the camera since 2008, specializing in capturing families from maternity and newborn days through baby’s first year and beyond. These seasons move quickly, and my heart has always been in preserving them.
I studied photography through Academy of Art University in San Francisco and had the honor of mentoring under world-renowned photographer Ana Brandt. While training shaped my technical eye, connection is what truly matters to me. I want you to feel comfortable, guided, and genuinely seen during your session.
I’m also a retired Air Force Veteran of 21 years and a horseback riding instructor, so teaching and leading people naturally is part of who I am. I’ll guide you every step of the way — from planning to final artwork.
My goal is simple: to create beautiful, tangible images you can hold, display, and pass down for generations.
Now serving Sedona and the Verde Valley, I’m excited to capture families, portraits, branding, and horse-and-rider sessions in one of the most beautiful places in Arizona.

My approach

I don’t just take photos, I preserve seasons.
My approach is centered on connection, natural light, and thoughtful guidance. I focus on creating images that feel authentic today and timeless years from now, artwork meant to be held, displayed, and passed down.
